Worcester Electrician does home electrical work. A 2022 customer said Doug and Sam showed up in about 2 hours after a first electrician couldn't figure out why an oven, a TV and a few other outlets weren't working, determined the problem was in the attic, and came back first thing in the morning to finish the job. That 2022 customer also said Doug vacuumed himself off so he wouldn't track insulation through the house. A 2023 customer said Doug and Sam spent several days in a hot attic replacing the wiring. A 2023 customer whose tenant had partial electricity called on a Sunday and said Doug suggested waiting until Monday to avoid charging more, then was prompt and charged a very modest amount. A 2023 customer said Doug came out the same day in an emergency and recommended upgrades outside the initial scope that the customer otherwise wouldn't have known were a possible safety hazard. A 2023 customer who asked for a time-sensitive quote based on a home inspection report said Doug did not send it the same night or the next day as he said he would, would not pick up his phone, and texted that non-paying customers have to wait; that customer found another company. On Google, the business holds 4.8 stars from 21 ratings.

Doug is the best electrician since the invention of electricity. First, he returned my call in less than 15 minutes. Secondly, he took the time to troubleshoot the problem over the phone which actually solved everything. In a day and age where we all get frustrated by calling someone for help and get nothing but automated responses or if we're lucky we get a person, but that person considers us as nothing more than a number on a piece of paper, Doug keeps alive the spirit of good, old-fashioned customer service. It's refreshing to know that someone still takes pride in their craft and recognizes that customers are real people who are grateful for help. I would recommend him to anyone!
Such a kind person. Even though he couldn’t help me in the moment he took the time to walk me through solving my problem without even meeting me in person. Such a kind hearted person. Highly recommend him for all your electrical needs.
Very nice and polite technicians. Did an awesome job. Scheduled and completed well within my expectations. Would strongly recommend and be willing to hire again if needed.
Doug White is the best, most responsive electrician I have ever hired. I even asked him if he would be my forever electrician. He’s THAT good! Timely, efficient. Great electrician
I called on a Sunday worried because my tenant had partial electricity in the unit. Doug asked the right questions, offered his advice and suggested I wait till Monday to avoid charging me more money. I waited till Monday and he was prompt, finished the job at a moderate time and charged me a very modest amount. Thanks to Doug I was able to sleep soundly and most importantly my tenants were happy. I will definitely be using Doug’s services again if I happen to need him. 😊
