We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Control Point, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Marcus took the time to listen to our needs and designed a system that was the right fit for our home. The installation team, CJ and Austin, arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and worked diligently throughout the day to ensure everything was installed correctly and operating properly. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. When one final adjustment was needed, James came out promptly the very next business day to take care of it and make sure the system was running smoothly. We also appreciated Beth, who handled the scheduling and billing efficiently and kept everything organized. Overall, we were impressed by the entire Control Point team. Their customer service, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right made the whole process a positive experience. Hands down this was beyond a 5 star review service. I worked with Beth as my concierge from start to finish. She was great and was always just a phone call away. Dylon came out and did the survey and went over all the work that would be needed to be done. He was Very nice and professional. I had Jake, Shane and many others doing the install and removal of old equipment. Everyone was very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and educated on the equipment and job they were doing. It was a very easy process. The Diakin system works AWESOME! Highly recommended.
