Amici Remodeling LLC

One December 2025 bathroom remodel started with a jackhammer: the crew broke up the existing floor to set a new ejector pump and pulled out a closet to make room for a new tub. Gut jobs like that, not refreshes, are what this Shrewsbury company gets called for. Amici Remodeling LLC is led by Tharsis Thiago Alchaar, and most of its fifteen Google reviews name Thiago himself. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #215972, is active in the company's name. The company says it works Shrewsbury and Worcester, doing residential remodeling and general construction — kitchens, bathrooms, accessibility renovations, interior remodels and finish work. Bathrooms run through the reviews: a basement bath upgraded in June 2026, a walk-in shower put in where an old tub and floor came out in February 2026, another bathroom redone top to bottom that same month, an aunt's bathroom in November 2025. An April 2026 customer said Amici carried a project start to finish — electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting and design consulting. Price comes up in several reviews: that April customer called it good, an October 2022 reviewer cited the prices, and an August 2026 customer described a fair, consistent price with no surprises. Beyond bathrooms, a December 2025 customer had two granite kitchen countertops installed and another had tile laid in a front hall later that month. In October 2022 a homeowner who was nervous about a kitchen remodel said the crew walked them through the process, and another that month needed a painting job done fast and said Thiago started immediately. Amici suits a homeowner who wants one small outfit to carry a bathroom or kitchen through demolition, the trades and the finish work rather than managing subcontractors themselves. Ask who pulls the permits and who performs the electrical and plumbing, and get the tile and fixture allowances written into the quote before demolition starts.
