Taft-Pearman, Inc. runs as "Surv of Needham and Norwood," a Westwood-based home-services outfit built around the year-round to-do list — yard work, gutter cleaning, deck repairs, painting, furniture assembly — rather than one trade. Leticia Taft-Pearman holds the company's Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license, registry-verified active, and the firm's Thumbtack profile lists six employees and a passed background check. Reviews are consistently 5-star (17 on Thumbtack, all recent) with concrete jobs behind them: a "feral" yard cleaned up thoroughly, a roof-and-gutter cleaning paired with chicken wire and lattice around a deck's base done professionally at a fair price, and repeated notes about being on time, within estimate, and easy to book. The firm's own listing frames it as help for seniors living safely at home as well as standard handyman work, covering towns south and west of Boston — Newton, Wellesley, Needham, and Canton among them — worth confirming your town is in range and which of its many services you actually need. A good fit for the running list of small home jobs — yard, gutters, deck touch-ups — rather than a single big renovation.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Taft-Pearman, Inc.. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
A day rate replaces the task list — usually the better deal once the list gets long.

They did a great job cleaning up a yard that had gone almost feral, very thorough. Very agreeable people to work with, no complaints.
First time using Surv of Needham & Norwood and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Roof and gutter cleaning along with putting up chicken wire and latticework around the base of my deck - all done professionally at a fair price.
Quick reply to my request to book. Great communication prior to appointment. Service was excellent, on time and within estimate. Im so glad I found them and will definitely call again when needed. Thank you to allthe hard and friendly workers!
I was so pleased that all of my projects were taken care of so well! These gentlemen were very polite and did a professional job. I highly recommend them!
Great experience from the first visit when they looked at the work I needed done and when they came the second time to complete the two projects. Thank you so much!
