He was incredibly thorough, spending the necessary time to accurately diagnose the root cause behind the wall rather than rushing into a quick fix. He explained everything clearly, did high-quality physical work to secure the pipes, and charged an extremely fair price. We had an emergency plumbing issue with our kitchen sink and disposal. Taisuke responded immediately, was able to come out within 3 hours, and fixed the issue right away. We had a different plumber out about a week ago and they left us with a leak in our wall that we discovered today when it stated dripping through our ceiling. I messaged Taisuke and he was at my house in about 15 minutes! He very quickly identified the source of the leak as the washing machine plumbing upstairs and was able to repair the pipe to stop the leak. He’s fantastic, I saved his contact info and he is certainly our go-to plumber from now on! Highly recommend!
