Target Inspections

We started working with Steve about a year ago at this point due to some serious mold issues. I was feeling really sick and reached out to him for some help. He is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely detailed. His initial inspection that he conducted with his son Noah, who is also a very nice person, was really in depth and they make sure to explain everything in detail and teach you along the way. He gives a lot of suggestions that you can implement right off the bat which was so helpful. Steve moves from a place of mold sensitivity's within himself which I make a point to note because he GETS it. He understands the severity of living in mold and takes your concerns serious! I felt validated and we've continued to use him for more testing as well as Radon testing in our basement. I would highly recommend Target Inspections to anyone dealing with mold or even concerns....you will be well taken care of.

Steve is outstanding! We first worked with Steve Grevelis more than ten years ago after discovering two separate water pipe leaks in our newly constructed home within the first six months. From the start, Steve’s knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. He performed comprehensive inspections to address potential mold concerns, guided us through each next step, and referred us to excellent remediation specialists. His microbial sampling and detailed analyses provided the reassurance we needed that our issues were fully resolved. Steve also evaluated our new HVAC duct system, conducting a blower test, and identifying correctable duct leaks that improved the system’s overall performance. He coordinated effectively with our builder and offered clear, practical guidance to ensure all issues were properly addressed by sealing ducts, boots, etc. A decade later, when a new water leak issue arose, we reached out to Steve again — and he immediately remembered us and the original project! We have some health considerations unique to our situation, and Steve is very attuned to tailoring his advice accodingly. Remarkably, Steve even outlined options that didn’t require his direct services, underscoring his genuine commitment to helping his clients. He takes the time to explain his findings and recommendations thoroughly, ensuring that you understand every aspect of the project and process. We scheduled Target to come to our house to inspect and test for mold. Steve and his son spent hours evaluating the entire house, including deep into our attic space as well as a nasty, dirt-floored crawl space discovering water leaks and issues we had been unaware of. We were involved with the whole process and Steve was great at explaining every thing they saw/found as well as practical solutions to remediate. Steve also spotted a non-functioning, high powered dehumidifier covering the whole house and assisting in getting it running. It eliminated the need for two smaller, independent dehumidifiers covering smaller areas. Target is a great company, we are very pleased we engaged them and highly recommend them to others.
