TaylorMade Carpentry and Construction is the kind of crew homeowners call for work that changes how a house functions: a closet rebuilt on a better wall, a shed lifted onto a new foundation, or rot found and repaired before it spreads. Angi describes the Rindge, New Hampshire company as family-owned, with more than 20 years of experience, while its profile lists carpentry, decks, kitchen and bath work, siding, and windows. The recent written reviews are small in number but unusually specific. In January 2025, a homeowner described Brian Taylor and his team removing an awkward primary-bedroom closet and building a beautiful replacement elsewhere in the room. A November 2024 review says Taylor assessed a 20-year-old shed, priced a new foundation on the spot, and completed it the following week as promised. In October 2024, another homeowner described a thorough rot repair, unexpected issues discussed before the work proceeded, and a fair price with no surprises. Every one of the eight Angi ratings is five stars, and the paired HomeAdvisor profile reports the same 5.0 from eight ratings. Reviewers repeatedly mention careful work, clear explanations, prompt completion, and a willingness to take on smaller jobs. The comments span October 2024 through January 2025, so confirm current availability, crew, and pricing rather than assuming the older projects describe today's schedule. There is a location and licensing detail to pin down before booking. BBB describes Taylor Made in Milford, New Hampshire, says three years in business, and lists Massachusetts license claim 210774; Angi places the company in Rindge, lists more than 20 years, and calls 210774 an NH trade license expiring January 2028. Those entries may reflect different business records, so ask which legal entity and jurisdiction the quoted license belongs to. For carpentry, deck, framing, and small structural projects, ask for a written scope and verify the applicable license and insurance for the specific job.
Brian and his team were fantastic. They did high quality work. Brian’s attention to detail really made the final result amazing. We didn’t like the original layout of our primary bedroom: the closet was too small for two people and its location made the room layout awkward. Brian and his team removed the existing closet and built us a beautiful new closet on a different wall. The room looks incredible now, we love it so much. Thank you, Brian and team!
Quality work professional would use again
Did excellent work! Was professional, honest, and explained how the process works. Equally as important to me is that he answered all of my questions. Admittedly, I can be overbearing in that regard, so I genuinely appreciated his patience. Highly recommended and look forward to having other projects done by him and his team when my budget allows for it again.
Working with Brian Taylor was great. I had a smallish job not a lot of contractors had interest in: I wanted my 20-year-old shed put on a new foundation. Brian came out quickly to assess the job, gave me a price on the spot, and completed the work the next week, as promised. It looks great! I would definitely hire him again.
Just amazing service. Could not be more impressed.
