TC Cleaning & Organizing

TC Cleaning & Organizing is a West Yarmouth outfit founded by Thais, who the company says has spent more than eight years in house cleaning on Cape Cod, offering regular, deep, move-in/move-out and rental-turnover cleaning alongside home organizing. Its written record is a cluster of eleven Google reviews, nearly all posted within days of each other in July 2024. In them, several clients describe relationships that predate the reviews themselves — one says she's used TC for three years and that renters have commented on how spotless the house is; another describes using Thais's team since moving to the Cape year-round and calls it one of the more consistent services found over the years. The reviews describe a team that moves furniture to reach every surface rather than cleaning around it, and more than one mentions a rate they consider fair for the work. There isn't a negative account anywhere in the file, though the record so far is a small one, concentrated in that one stretch rather than spread evenly across years. For a homeowner or rental-property owner on the Cape, this looks like a smaller operation with real repeat clients behind it, worth a call for a regular or turnover cleaning — just confirm current scheduling availability given how little written activity there's been since.
