If I have choice, I want to give Tom no star. Called him for plumbing inquiry, just stated with my name and town, then he hanged up on me. I tried to call back but it was voicemail. Weird and poor customer service.

Had to shut off main water valve due to a seized toilet valve, husband wanting to replace the toilet. Parts we bought didn't fit, needed soldering. Tom was here within the hour, on a Sunday, and saved the day. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We found ourselves a plumber we can call our own.
