TDM Plumbing is a Middleborough plumbing business whose small but vivid review history points to hands-on repair work. The Massachusetts registry lists plumber license 15662-PL-M as active under Thomas Melucci. Angi and HomeAdvisor attribute 17 years of experience and Spanish-language service to the business. In a 2023 review, a customer said Tom replaced several valves quickly and cleanly. A 2022 homeowner described a Sunday visit within an hour to solder parts for a seized toilet valve, calling the work professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Those accounts sit beside a 2024 one-star review from someone who said a plumbing inquiry ended with a hang-up and a voicemail on the callback. TDM looks suited to plumbing repairs and urgent valve or toilet problems when the technician is available. Confirm the service area, response expectations, and how inquiries are handled before booking; the directory profiles identify the business in Lowell while its listed address is in Middleborough.
If I have choice, I want to give Tom no star. Called him for plumbing inquiry, just stated with my name and town, then he hanged up on me. I tried to call back but it was voicemail. Weird and poor customer service.
Tom Replaced several valves for me. Installation was quick and clean. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone.
Had to shut off main water valve due to a seized toilet valve, husband wanting to replace the toilet. Parts we bought didn't fit, needed soldering. Tom was here within the hour, on a Sunday, and saved the day. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We found ourselves a plumber we can call our own.
