Water heater install — old heater removed and new one installed in 2026
Same-day service — hot water restored the day of the call in 2024

Brackett Plumbing & Heating describes itself as "a local one man shop" that takes on plumbing and heating jobs small or large. It states that it is insured and offers free estimates. In a 2026 review, Evan replaced the plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen of a second-floor apartment being readied for rent, removed the old water heater and installed a new one, and did a gas pressure test; that 2026 review called him on time and very fairly priced. In a 2024 review, Evan came the same day and got the hot water working again. A 2025 review said he "solved the issue in no time."
