But a run of 2026 reviews describes missed appointments, skipped inspection stations, and a company that's hard to reach when something goes wrong. On paper the numbers look strong: Google shows a 4.5★ average across 1,055 ratings, Angi 4.5★ from 51, and BBB grades the company A+. Customers who've had the same rep for years back that up with specifics — one described a technician finding and blocking wildlife entry points in an 1860s home over five years (in a 2021 review), another said staggered ant treatments a few years back solved the problem for good and their neighborhood's rodent issues never made it into their own house. The past six months tell a rockier story: 11 of 29 written reviews in that window are negative, several with real detail. A February 2026 review said inspectors were skipping ten or more bait stations per visit and logging them as inaccessible while prices kept climbing. A June 2026 review said a treatment "did absolutely nothing" and the same pest problem persisted; another the same month described paying over $3,000 and still having mice and ants three months later with no clear plan from the company. Other 2026 reviews describe a missed inspection window with no callback, a cancelled visit repeated twice, automated "service complete" messages sent when no technician had come, a two-week wait for an active bee infestation with no escalation path offered, and bait stations a technician later said had never been installed correctly, followed by a refused refund. One reviewer also described a sales visit where a rep directed all his answers to someone else in the room rather than the customer asking the questions. Google's all-time 4.5★ average reflects two decades of history; it doesn't show that the written record has skewed considerably more negative in just the last six months. Given how much the experience seems to hinge on which technician and branch team show up, it's worth asking for a specific recurring rep if a friend or neighbor has had a good run, and getting cancellation, inspection-scope, and refund terms in writing before signing a contract.
