Terraform Contracting Inc says on its website that it handles minor to major earthmoving operations and work on roadways to driveways, from heavy civil new site construction to site improvements and septic system repairs. It reports 20 years in business, and its stated service area runs from Mason, New Ipswich and Greenville to Nashua, Concord and Keene. In a 2025 review, a customer wrote that Tim handled all the details, coordinating with the plumbers, designers and permits; while installing the septic system, he was also hired to do some grading of the property and install a foundation for a large addition. That 2025 customer wrote that his quotes were fair and that he stayed on budget. In a 2023 review, a customer with a failing septic system wrote that Tim came over in just a few days with his guys and an excavator and quickly diagnosed a crushed distribution box, with nothing wrong with the tank or leach field. In that 2023 account, his guys got a new, heavier duty box, finished the repair that same day and scraped wood chips back over the area, and the bill was very reasonable. In a separate 2023 review, a customer wrote that Tim and his team did exactly what they said they would do in the time frame quoted and that the cost was competitive. In a 2019 review, a customer described a driveway, drainage and propane tank project and wrote that Tim works with an excellent paving crew. A 2018 review called his skill on the large excavator surgical, clearing stumps, rocks and brush, and said he got the job done within the timeframe and budget estimate provided. In a 2016 review, a customer wrote that Terraform was able to replace a broken sewer line on very short notice.
