The written record on Angi runs from 2013 to 2020 - 24 reviews averaging 4.7 stars from 34 ratings - and the same story repeats across those years: he shows up on schedule, fixes the problem, and people say they'd call him again. In a 2015 review, a homeowner credited him with installing a fence and building a two-car garage addition while staying on top of the subcontractors involved; in a 2014 review, another said he redid a gutter cleaning-and-repair job "quickly and excellently" after a previous contractor's attempt had failed. A 2016 reviewer said Dean "listened and made my dream work come true" on a job she called reasonably priced, and a 2015 customer had him handle something as small as a shade repair just as readily as the bigger jobs.
