A February review described a same-day visit that replaced both springs and adjusted the tension. Other 2025 reviews cover new doors and openers: a storm-damaged door replaced within days, an installation crew described as fast and clean, and a new opener installed after the work was explained up front. I could not be happier. with The Crew! I called The Crew Garage Door Repair and spoke to Thomas about a couple of perceived issues with my garage door. Thomas was very good about keeping in touch with me about appointment. He then fixed only what he explained needed to be done and not what I thought or originally asked. He then charged me a very fair price, not to mention not charging me for unneeded repairs. The Crew Garage Door Repair is a company I would recommend to my friends and family.

The Crew Garage Repair company is extremely professional. My spring broke on my garage the Thursday before a holiday. Two other companies in New Bedford would not come out until Tuesday. However, The Crew tech was at my home within an hour. The tech was Rafael and this guy was unbelievable. He was clean, fast, professional, and friendly. I was impressed by the speed with which he installed a new spring and got my door working smoothly once again. One last item; their trucks were clean and well maintained if that says anything about the pride this company takes in its product. I highly recommend The Crew. Thank you.
