The Drake Company's day job is turf most homeowners only ever walk on: golf course bunkers, tees and greens shaping, athletic infields and whole field construction across eastern Massachusetts. The residential side draws on the same skill — sod, seeding, aeration and irrigation, plus walkways, stone walls, patios, drainage, excavation and laser grading. Tim Drake is president of the four-person Holliston LLC, which its Better Business Bureau page lists as in business since 2013 and grades A+. Its Houzz profile puts up three project galleries, 21 photos in all, among them a natural turf renovation and a bluestone fire pit, with the area served given as Southern New England. The one written account is a February 2018 Google review, a five-star line saying these guys do great work. For a homeowner planning a lawn rebuild, an irrigation system, or hardscape that has to sit level and drain properly, this is a construction-minded outfit rather than a mowing service. Ask to see a residential job close to yours in size, and get the scope, the grading and the price in writing before the machines arrive.
