The Equipment Drs is presented in Brockton, Massachusetts, as a home-appliance repair business with six years of experience. HomeAdvisor lists refrigerator, freezer, ice-maker, washer, dryer, oven and stovetop repair, and shows one recent project. The business says its technicians are trained across home-appliance repair and offers free estimates, with credit-card payment accepted. Customers reviewed work on dryers, washers, refrigerators, microwaves and stovetops from December 2025 through March 2026. They commonly described prompt visits, clear explanations, courteous technicians, diagnosis of the underlying problem, and successful repairs; one detailed review described a microwave control-board replacement after a diagnosis and quoted a $330 repair price. One three-star review raised a concern about a backed-up pipe not being camera-snaked, so that situation and the diagnostic scope are worth clarifying before booking. The public profile supports appliance repair, not fencing. Because this row is being evaluated under fencing, a homeowner should confirm the business identity, trade, address and requested scope before relying on it for fence work. For appliance service, ask which brands and equipment types the technician handles, whether the estimate includes parts and labor, and what warranty terms apply.

After discovering what the cause was, the pipe that was backing up should of been snaked with a camera. I was told this by a friend who had same issue.
The Equipment Drs were incredibly helpful and acted quickly to repair our dryer. Thorough communication during the whole process. Our technician was friendly, knowledgable, and efficiently installed the new timer. Thank you El!
They came the next day and were very friendly and efficient.
Our 4-year-old microwave stopped working (no display, nothing). After doing some research online I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It started humming very loudly and displayed a PF (power failure) error, indicating a blown fuse or a control board failure. Wintley Baptiste from The Equipment Doctors stopped by two days after I made contact through Angi. He diagnosed the problem as a failed control board and said he would have to order the part and come back in 7-10 days to install it. He gave me an estimated price for the part and labor to install it and asked if I wanted to proceed. I said yes (if I had said no, I would owe $150 for the visit and diagnosis). Wintley called a week later, saying he had the part and could stop by that same day to install it. He did so and the microwave is working fine. The price to repair the microwave was $330. By comparison, a new microwave would have cost at least $500.
I highly recommend The Equipment Doctors. I've used them to have my stove top and refrigerator repaired. Excellent customer service and also saved me money from purchasing new appliances.
