The Handyman Solutions

The Handyman Solutions is a small Winchester, Massachusetts operation run by Michele De Souza, offering handyman work that ranges from trim and cabinet installation to window and door repairs, appliance hookups, and full bathroom remodels — the kind of business homeowners call for a mixed punch list rather than one specialty. Its Thumbtack profile lists eight years in business and three employees. The clearest track record comes from a pair of November 2023 reviews about a bathroom remodel: one homeowner said the tile was "installed perfectly" and finished on time, while a second described a broader job — renovating a bathroom, painting a condo, and handling several smaller repairs — praising quick scheduling and frequent updates from Michele. That same month, though, a third reviewer reported the pro never showed up for a scheduled job. With only three ratings on the platform (two five-star, one one-star), that single no-show carries real weight in the 3.7-star average Thumbtack shows. Anyone considering hiring should ask directly about scheduling reliability before booking, given how thin the record still is.
