The Local Handyman

When the list of projects for my home had risen to ten, I realized that the ideal situation would be to find one person with the expertise to tackle all of the projects. I knew it was a longshot, but when I read all of the glowing reviews for the Local Handyman, I reached out to Joshua whose quick response and expert advice for all of the projects was music to my ears. From larger projects (rotten wood siding in a tricky place on the exterior of my home, a new attic door, stairs and trim, dry wall repair/painting, four badly broken closets and a broken fence gait) to smaller projects (installing four smoke/CO detectors, three toilet paper holders and three ceiling panels for plumbing access) the breadth and depth of Joshua’s expertise is phenomenal! In addition to his remarkable technical and problem-solving skills, Joshua is a superb communicator, keeping me informed every step of the way, providing clear options and pragmatic advice. The overall experience was perfect. Joshua is a trifecta with his amazing skills, his interpersonal attentiveness, and his very reasonable prices. I have already recommended him to family members and friends. It is incredibly reassuring to know that he will come back for future projects!!!

Joshua repaired my kitchen cabinet door hinges and hung window blinds for me. His workmanship is excellent. He is a great communicator, always responsive. He was always on time and was a pleasure to work with. I will be calling him again! Thanks Joshua :)

I needed help assembling 3 counter stools. I called and was scheduled for the next morning. The team was very professional and helpful and did an awesome job!

Josh was super detailed when quoting/prepping and easy to work with. He kept to the committed project start date and had great communication during the project to rip out some old tile shower walls and custom fit new large panels.
