The site says the family has owned and operated it for over 45 years, servicing Cape Cod since 1978, and that Marissa Amick and Charlie Markarian, described as master plumbers, have run it as a father-daughter team since 2018. Massachusetts plumber licence 9197-PL-M, held by Charles Markarian, is active on the state registry. It holds an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau. In a 2025 review, they assessed and installed a shower valve and connected the ice maker and water on a refrigerator during the initial visit. In a 2019 review, Chris spent 4 full hours diagnosing why a furnace wasn't working, got it going by bypassing the wires, found a dead wire in the wall that needed an electrician, and said he would not charge because he had not fixed it. A 2019 review says Ed and David were thorough and careful installing new kitchen appliances and stayed until the project was completed. A recent review says they visited within 24 hours after the first winter storm on Cape Cod and turned the heat on, but recommended draining the entire house, while the kitchen faucet turned out to be blocked with material; the bill for that visit is in dispute. In a 2021 review, a sump pump replacement by 2 men in 2 hours was charged at $1,500.00, against a fixed price of about 600.00 that Home Advisor had quoted. A 2020 review says the roof vent was not included in the assessment and would be additional money.

Impressed that they were able to visit our home within 24 hours after the first winter storm on Cape Cod. Our kitchen faucet was not working and heat had turned off (likely due to sketchy electrical services those few days). Turned heat on, and appreciate. Recommendation was to drain the entire house (winterize), but seemed odd to me since four zones were working and the bathroom and washer/dryer room were both working, on the same pipe line. So we said no. Wife visited home two weeks after and diagnosed the problem correctly, the faucet was blocked with material. She took off the cap of the faucet, removed the screen filter, and water was running Been provided excuses why that was not checked by the plumber visiting our home. So, no, can't recommend. Battling now over the very very healthy bill for entering the home and turning the heat on for us.

They were able to assess and install my shower valve, connect the ice maker and water on my refrigerator during the initial visit. I woukd definitely recommend them for other plumbing services.
