We're so glad that we went with Hancock for the job! It's been wonderful to be able to stretch out into the new space. Bedtime for the kids has been going so much better now that they have their own rooms and we love how the rest of the spaces turned out. We've very much appreciated the consideration that Darrell, Kevin, and the team have had with helping to accommodate the family living in half of the house while the project was going on. That was really the only way that we could have afforded the project. I'm definitely still amazed that it was able to be done in the short span of time. Even our dog is in love with her expanded domain. Throughout our addition process, we've been really pleased with the progress, the flexibility, and the quality of work that the whole Hancock team provided in working with us, with our architect, and with our structural engineer. We would not hesitate to recommend Darrell and Hancock to anyone else who is considering a project in the area. We've had several folks in the neighborhood on their daily walks stop by with positive comments and admiring the progress or let us know that they were also going to embark on a project with Darrell given how great it's turned out at our house and how quickly the project was able to get completed. Hancock Building Assoc. did an amazing job on my project. It turned out better than I had imagined it! Everyone was professional and hard working. They were very flexible with work times to help to accommodate my working hours which enabled me to not close my business which was extremely helpful. They were also very flexible on starting job times to help me with being able to open my business on time. Even with all my limited time restraints, they were still able to finish the job on time! HBA and its subcontractors did a great job on my kitchen and bath remodel. These guys are professional, responsive and detail oriented. The project was well planned and finished on time. I would definitely work with Darrell and his team again.

The work with Hancock Building Associates went very well. They showed up on time and navigated the Covid situation and bad weather to maintain a crew on site. The remodel design of the porch went very well. Aspects of the remodel that we had not thought of were included in the design by the VP of the firm. Either the VP or his foreman inspected the work weekly and made suggestions as the work proceeded. We did amend the contract to include new decking and this went very well and did not cause a pause in the construction. A very good experience all around. I would highly recommend Hancock Building Associates.
