Another, from 2021, described hiring the crew for a garage roof and a full porch overhaul after finding them the most responsive of several contractors quoted. A commercial client wrote in 2022 that Roof Kings had handled roofing repairs and installs on their properties for three years running, and another customer, also writing in 2022, credited the crew with getting them through storm damage after a Nor'easter. Not every account lines up. A homeowner writing in January 2023 said a 2021 roof install had been leaking ever since, and that two follow-up repair visits hadn't fixed it despite repeated calls. A December 2022 review described three months spent trying to pin down Craig and a colleague, Noelle, for a firm quote before giving up. And the newest review on file, from August 2025, called the business a scam and described an overpriced, sloppy install that left roofing debris behind. The bigger concern sits outside the reviews entirely. A July 2026 report says a Norfolk County grand jury indicted the company and Galligan, 55, on four counts each of workers' compensation insurance fraud and one count of larceny over $1,200. That follows an earlier regulatory hit: a 2022 news report says OSHA fined the company $137,196 for four willful and two serious workplace-safety violations. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and the BBB grades it A+, though the business isn't BBB-accredited.
