BuildZoom's own records show 20 permitted projects between 2011 and 2022, spanning Somerville, Malden, Everett, Arlington, Waltham and Milton — but no customer reviews on the platform. In a 2021 comment on r/Somerville, someone warned to 'stay well away' from the company, without saying why.
