Those are the directory's records, not the state's answer today. Worth a call for ducted heat pump work or a mixed small job around Melrose and the North Shore. Ask him which licences he currently holds, check them with the Commonwealth yourself, and ask for two recent references — there is no written account here from anyone who hired him.
