A fallen tree after a Cape Cod windstorm is the kind of call Thomas Tree & Landscape has handled: in a November 2021 review, a homeowner said the company responded quickly when three other tree companies did not. The West Yarmouth company says it is locally owned and operated, serves all of Cape Cod from Yarmouth and Falmouth offices, and has provided tree and landscaping services since 1997. The written customer history is small and dated, running from 2021 through 2023. A 2023 Google reviewer said the crew left the yard cleaner than before and would be recommended. A 2022 reviewer described Tom as fast and professional for tree service and landscaping. The older storm-response review praised prompt communication from the owner and office manager and said the needed tree work was addressed. There is also a serious scheduling complaint to discuss before booking. In an October 2022 review, a homeowner described an estimate from March, repeated calls, shifting explanations about staffing and illness, and no response after a final chance to complete the job. That account is dated, but it is specific enough to make timeline, crew availability, and communication worth confirming in writing. Thomas Tree & Landscape is a plausible fit for Cape Cod tree removal, pruning, storm cleanup, and related landscape work; its website also lists pest-control services. Before work begins, confirm the scope, start date, crew plan, and emergency availability, especially if the job is time-sensitive.

I have an estimate/contract from 3/14/2022. Told me it would be 2 months before he could get to us. Well, after several phone calls and speaking with a secretary many times who didn't know the schedule, I would talk to Danny on occasion. He had every excuse in the book as to why he couldn't come do this job. He normally has 12 men, only has 5, then they all had poison ivy, etc. Very frustrating giving a company I have used in the past the benefit of the doubt. Now, October 2022, I gave them one final chance, again, no response. Of course, they contacted me in May wanting to spray my trees again for winter months. Why would I do that when I have been waiting 2 months for the tree work? Poo0r excuse of a tree and landscape company. Find someone else.
I called three tree companies after a large and small tree fell in my front yard after a massive wind storm and Thomas Tree was the only company to respond quickly and addressed the tree work needing to be done. The owner and the office manager also were very responsive to my needs and communicated in healthy ways. I would recommend them for any tree work.
