On Google it holds 4.7 stars from 316 ratings. A recent customer said Art and Amber came the very next day to look at the house and take well water samples. A recent buyer said the president, Joe DeLaurentis, was onsite himself, and that the report helped identify necessary repairs to use as leverage in the negotiation. A recent buyer who added mold, termite and septic inspections said Tiger's inspectors found key deficiencies in almost every area. A recent customer wrote that Art looked closely at moisture intrusion and mold and encouraged a walk through the property with him. A 2026 customer said the Tiger team picked up clues that revealed termite, rodent and mold infestation. A recent seller wrote that security-camera footage showed the inspector going through storage bins in the basement, removing a tool from a closed tool bin and using it without permission. A 2026 customer who had a home and septic inspection said they had to get a second opinion for the septic. A 2024 customer said obvious things were missed and the house cost them a lot of money after closing. A 2022 customer said the inspector did not go onto the roof and that many things on the report were marked "NOT INSPECTED." A 2024 Reddit commenter called Tiger good but on the expensive side.
