Tigo Builders LLC

Tigo Builders is a Falmouth custom home builder and remodeling contractor, founded and led by Thiago, who began working in the trades at 21 and has more than 16 years of hands-on carpentry experience, including work on Martha's Vineyard; Rachel leads operations. The company offers custom home builds, full home remodeling, additions, kitchen design, outdoor living spaces, and property management for second-home owners, serving Falmouth and select Cape Cod and Vineyard projects. The four reviews on file, from 2023 to 2025, are all five stars. A 2025 review described choosing Tigo over several other bids for a combined sunroom and bathroom renovation, saying the finished cost matched the original estimate and that Thiago contributed strong design suggestions along the way. A 2023 review described a separate project completed before the deadline, calling the process smooth and efficient from start to finish. Other reviewers describe the company as prompt, professional and easy to recommend. There isn't a large volume of written history here yet — just four reviews — so it's worth asking for additional references or recent project photos before committing to a larger project. For a Falmouth-area homeowner planning an addition, a bathroom renovation, or a custom build, Tigo Builders' on-cost delivery and consistently positive early reviews make it worth a call — confirm current pricing and availability directly.
