Vincent Building & Remodeling

Nick took on nearly the whole outside of a single-story cape for one customer: new windows, a garage door, cedar siding and all the exterior trim, plus interior painting and a large new deck with an outdoor shower. That job, from a November 2025 review, is Vincent Building & Remodeling at full stretch — a Teaticket outfit whose work runs to multi-trade projects on Cape houses. Repeat hires show up too. A customer writing in January 2024 had used Nick a couple of times, first to shingle a whole roof and later to put an extension onto the kitchen. In a September 2023 review, another described an awkward space under a stairwell that Nick turned into the pantry they had pictured. One more, in August 2023, kept it short: quick, kind and clean. All five Google ratings sit at five stars, posted between August 2023 and November 2025 — roofing, siding, decks, a kitchen extension and carpentry fitted into the house. For a Cape house that needs siding, windows, trim and a deck handled by one crew, this is a reasonable call.
