More than one customer names the same staffer, Osher, for hands-on help picking and installing tile. Its BBB profile carries an A+ rating with active accreditation. On Google it holds 4.6 stars from 14 ratings, and its two Houzz reviews are both five stars. The written record runs from 2014 to 2025 across seven sources, and the accounts that describe actual jobs point to tile and countertop retail paired with in-house installation. In an April 2025 review, a customer said Tile International turned a kitchen backsplash quote around within a day and had it installed within a week. A 2023 review praised the selection and follow-through on a laundry-room tile job and said the customer came back the next year for more. A 2021 review described driving 90 minutes back to the store after a good experience helping finish a job. Older accounts go back further: a 2017 review credited Osher and staff with expediting last-minute material changes to keep a job on schedule, and a 2014 review called it a family business "in business for over a generation" with "first rate" craftsmanship and value. The one recent complaint worth knowing about: a September 2025 Google review said tiles bought there warped and became unusable, and that the company would not acknowledge it as a problem or do anything about it. Tile International looks like the right call for tile, stone and countertop work with installation handled in-house rather than a broader remodeling job — worth asking directly how they'd handle a defective batch, given that recent account.
