I recently had Tinos install new gutters and downspouts on a major renovation project and my experience was excellent. For starters, Tino came out, measured and gave me a verbal estimate and said that he would have a formal estimate emailed to me. The e-mail arrived promptly and it had simply instructions for accepting the proposal and how to make a small deposit to lock my job into their schedule. I had to adjust the schedule a few days and Tinos accommodated my request. When installation day arrived, a very professional crew arrived in two very nice trucks outfitted with high-end gutter fabricating equipment. The crew listened to my requests as to how I wanted the downspouts routed into the new catch basins we installed. The crew was friendly and clearly knew how to install gutters. The installation cam out great; and the materials Tinos used are top quality. They took great care in measuring, adjust the gutter pitch and making the downspouts perpendicular to the building. I was also please to see how much care was taken to seal every seam and attachment point with a silicone sealant. They cleaned up their work area nicely as well. Overall I was extremely pleased with Tinos gutter installation; I can highly recommend them based on my experience.

We hired Tino's, Inc. to paint our house and restore the fascia and trim this summer, and I think that they did an excellent job. The estimate process was quick, and they took the time to explain many of the costs and considerations in their estimate. The estimated price was firmly in the middle of all quotes we received. In contrast to some other companies we considered, Tino's had a dedicated front office which was very responsive to questions and follow-ups via email, text, and phone. We were given a contract with prices to e-sign prior to placing down a deposit. It took a while after putting down the deposit to get a start date, but once the date was decided, the work was done quickly and professionally. The project manager was always in contact and explained the details of the process as the team progressed through the work. The project manager helped us with the paint selection, and there were several iterations of caulking, sanding, and cleaning between each coat of paint. We also received several emails from the front office explaining continuing steps as the work proceeded. The invoiced price was exactly the contract price plus some small additional tasks which we discussed during the project. I will definitely contact Tino's, Inc. for our future carpentry or painting projects.

Tino and his crew were great to work with. Did an excellent job painting , replacing window casing and gutters on my house. I would highly recommend them.

Tino and crew did some exterior carpentry on a screened in porch, installed new screens, new screen door, new interior wood plank ceiling, painted, refinished our deck, etc etc. They were professional, did outstanding work, and I would most definitely rehire. The team definitely took pride in their work.
