Tiny Brook Tractor is Sam's driveway outfit, and in a May 2023 Google review a customer signing as Jeremy explained why he called him instead of an excavation company: the job was too small for them, and they quoted over double what Sam charged. Jeremy described his driveway as a disaster, said Sam showed up when he said he would, and added that Sam put in his culvert too. The other Google review, from July 2023, comes from a writer who opens by saying he is Sam's father. He describes Sam grading a steep, roughly 650-foot driveway in Monroe the previous summer, having a local trucker bring in gravel for the low spots, spreading it and re-grading, in 3-4 hours of non-stop work. Through the following winter and rain, he wrote, the driveway shed water with no ruts or pooling. On Google the business holds 5 stars from 2 ratings.
As Sam's father, you would guess, "of course he would write a good review". However, I'll let the driveway speak for itself. Sam decided we needed to add some gravel in order to fill in some of the low spots. So he graded it, then had a local trucker bring in some gravel, spread that gravel and then re-graded it. It took him 3-4 hours working non-stop. That was last summer. Our driveway is fairly steep in parts and about 650 feet long. With the winter behind us and all the rain we've had since then, the driveway sheds water perfectly. No ruts or pooling, even in heavy downpours. You don't need to take my word for it. Come to Monroe and see for yourself - he'll give you directions.
Had a disaster of a driveway. Sam showed up when he said he would and did an amazing job. So glad I didn’t call an excavation company for this job. It was too small for them and quoted me over double what Sam did. Put my culvert in too. - Jeremy
