Its written reviews are old, running mostly from 2016 to 2017 with one from 2021, and they cover furnaces, gas fireplaces, AC and drain work. The good accounts are practical. In a 2016 review, a customer said the crew replaced an 1889 cast-iron drain stack, then came back on request to swap the new PVC for cast iron because it was noisier than expected, before the wall was closed; the job took a few weeks to schedule. Another 2016 customer said a pilot light that always used to blow out had worked since the repair, and a 2021 reviewer said the crew cleared a clog in a fireplace gas line fast. They cleared a clog in the gas line to the fireplace and got it working again fast.
After moving into our house, we used Titan's angie's list coupon for A/C inspections. Chris, the inspector/sales guy, found black mold. From the start, Chris used strange/hardball tactics (e.g. not willing to give us a price initially), but the weather forecast was for hot days ahead, and it was the weekend, so we opted to go with Titan. They installed the unit - the installation guys were pretty professional, but the duct cleaning guys left a mess all over. The unit came with a yearly inspection included, so the following year, we had Chris come do the inspection. The other A/C system apparently had some mold too. My wife was there and she said Chris put a lot of pressure on her to buy a premium support package for that unit in order to get a discount on a new system. When I got home and found out about it, I immediately tried to contact Titan, both Chris directly and the office, for a refund b/c this latest incident was the last straw. I tried contacting them multiple times and never received a response. Fast-forward to today when I have another company out inspecting my A/Cs. The technician said that the guys who installed the main AC did a poor job - the drain pipes have no auto-kill switches for leaks, one drain pipe travels down and then back up, thus trapping water in it (which could freeze and bust during the winter.) All in all, a terrible experience, so I recommend you not use this company for any A/C services (I cant comment on their plumbing team.)

I called Titan to let them know what the city said and asked for suggestions on how to fix the problem. I made multiple follow up calls. Each time the office promised I would receive a callback from the owner but I never have. Given the lack of response, the inability to properly diagnose the problem and the unwillingness to correct a situation they caused, I can't recommend them for any type of job.
The cost was part of the whole package with the contract. I am happy with it. The experience was fine. They did a good job and that was it. They left the are looking fine.
