Cape Cod Junk Removal & Cleanout Services

A couch removal before a house closing brought Rich out within 45 minutes, according to a July 2026 Google reviewer. Cape Cod Junk Removal & Cleanout Services is based in South Dennis. The company describes itself as locally owned and operated, with Rich as the contact for calls and texts, and says it handles junk removal and cleanouts across Cape Cod. Its stated coverage includes Barnstable, Falmouth, Chatham, Provincetown and the other Cape towns listed on its website. Customers describe furniture hauling, basement and garage clearances, and whole-house cleanouts. In an April 2026 review, a customer said Rich and his team cleared a house, basement and garage, worked quickly and kept the work organized, then swept the garage and basement. Rich had visited a couple of days beforehand to look at the job and provide a quote. A June reviewer likewise described an on-time arrival, removal of extra items added during the visit, and a garage swept afterward. Price and scheduling receive specific praise. One June 2026 customer, facing a renovation deadline, said Rich quoted $500 by phone for a half-truckload of furniture, arrived early and charged the agreed amount. Another April reviewer said the final charge came in below the quote. A May customer said the crew arrived as scheduled and took away the items discussed at a fair cost. In a separate May account, a customer described quick responses and answered calls, with everything they wanted removed taken away within five days and the items they wanted kept left in place. Google lists 4.9 stars from 117 ratings. Earlier customers described heavier and more involved clearances. An October 2025 reviewer said Rich and his work partner carefully removed bulky, heavy furniture down a flight of stairs. In a March 2026 review, a storage-unit customer described Rich inspecting the contents, quoting a price and hauling everything away in one trip within a few days of the initial inquiry. An April 2025 reviewer said he removed decades-old built-in benches, shelves and drawers along a 13-foot basement wall and left the area broom-clean.
