Tito's Masonry and Landscaping is a Lynn masonry and landscaping company that BuildZoom and Thumbtack list under Rodolfo López. It holds 4.7 stars from 47 Thumbtack ratings, and customers writing there describe stone steps, walkways and walls. In an April 2026 review, a customer said Tito straightened their front steps, fixed the walkway and added backyard retaining walls, stayed flexible when they changed their minds about the wall's capstones, and that his team cleaned thoroughly and took care of the minor details. A November 2025 customer said a stair repair turned into steps plus a walkway after Tito quoted the walkway separately at a reasonable price, and in an August 2026 review a customer said new stairs were done on time and problem-free. In November 2024, another customer praised rebuilt stone stairs and stone siding. The company also does yard work: a May 2026 reviewer said the crew trimmed back trees without disturbing their tenants and cleaned up afterward. BuildZoom lists Home Improvement Contractor number 197765 for the company.
I'm very pleased with the quality of Tito's work. The new stairs and other things he did look great. It was done on time and was problem-free.
This guts were GREAT! They were excellent with communication and did a great job training my trees back without disturbing my tenants. They were on time and cleaned the yard up after great. Not overpriced at all. Highly recommend!
We needed our front steps straightened and walkway fixed since we moved in, so I finally reached out to several professionals and decided to go with Tito. We added some retaining walls in the backyard as well to the scope. Tito was responsive and flexible when we changed our mind on the stones that topped the wall like the fickle people we are. His team was very professional and efficient. They went above and beyond our expectations by thoroughly cleaning and taking care of all the minor details. The end result is stunning and I can't wait to add some plants and open the pool to finish off the back yard!

They really did an amazing job transforming our front steps and walkway. When I reached out, my plan was to repair/replace the stairs, as they needed work. Tito gave me a separate quote for the walkway that seemed very reasonable, so we opted to get both done at the same time. I would highly recommend them. I've already had them price out a few other projects for next year.
