In a June 2025 review, a customer called the company out after a windstorm, had the damage repaired, and got the gates fixed on the same visit — the crew had done that installation more than eight years earlier. A Google reviewer in September 2024 — already a past customer — waited more than three months for a promised price after an estimate, then left a voicemail and heard nothing; another, in July 2025, wrote that calls, texts and emails went unanswered. A July 2020 Angi review alleges a deposit was taken and the phone was never picked up. A May 2025 customer who had fence posts set for a raised bed garden ran into weather-related scheduling delays, but said Tyler kept them posted through it. For a fence, a gate repair or posts set around Kingston, the finished work is what brings customers back. Get the estimate and the price in writing with a date you will hear back by, and settle the schedule before any deposit changes hands.
