Can’t say enough about TJ and his crew – they installed multiple new windows, a storm door and fixed sill and skirtboard rot all around my house. They were on time every day, despite the coldest temps of the season, did exceptional work and left the job site cleaned up each evening. They were more than accommodating when we discovered a major rot problem and were able to procure the additional materials and stay on schedule to complete the additional work required. TJ was easily available for communication and kept me informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend TJ Short & Sons – they are honest, reliable and excellent craftsmen!

I am super happy with the work Tj and his team did on my house. They re-sided the entire back of the house, replaced two windows and a sliding deck door. TJ was very responsive and easy to work with. He handled the permit, answered my questions and made suggestions while taking the time to hear and honor my preferences. His team was attentive and worked with meticulous craftsmanship. They were on time every day and always cleaned and organized the space when they left. They took pride in their work and it shows in the beautiful finished product. I’m extremely happy with the work performed on my deck renovations. TJ Short And Sons treated the workmanship on my deck the same way they would treat crafting a fine piece of furniture. Having a background in carpentry including cabinet making in millwork I admired his workmanship on a daily basis including the work done on what you don’t see, the framing under the deck. They were able to make any changes I threw at them on the fly with ease including installing all the low voltage lighting. They know only one way to do a job. THE RIGHT WAY.
