TLC recently handled a full sewer line replacement for my seller client, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. We had a huge drainage issue that no one else had been able to solve in a house over 100 years old. Alex thoughtfully considered the problem and possible solutions and managed a large project seamlessly with no headaches for us. Both the paperwork and physical work. He was professional and available at every step of the way. Work was done on time and with great attention to detail. Most importantly, we no longer have water coming into our house! I highly highly recommend him and that is not something I take lightly.

We’re delighted we called TLC because they had the expertise and equipment (and sincere compassion) to immediately respond to and repair our sewer line after our basement flooded hours before Thanksgiving. What we found even more helpful was the camera they used to look at our entire line down to the road and up into our house to give us complete assurance we have nothing further to be concerned about. We’re first time homeowners and our curious little boys had stuffed rocks and an impressive number of sticks into our sewer vent pipe out in our front woods 200 feet from the house. While I could have naively rented equipment to excavate the hole 8’ down to replace the section of pvc, I would have spent a little less money overall but it would have taken at least triple the time, plus time buying parts, and we would have NO peace of mind that other sections of the line were in excellent shape. It’s hard to put a price on the care and reassurance we received. Call Alex without hesitation. We’re so glad we did.
