Linda Frank was great. My agent worked with her for buying our new house. She is very friendly, professional, and gives a warm neighborly feel to the whole process and transaction. She comes highly recommended. Make sure to ask for her specifically when buying or selling on the Cape.

Disheartening.. The company as a whole is not the issue, the issue is Rick Stone . He took advantage of a recently widowed elderly woman who had never sold a home , didn’t walk or talk her through anything. Instead he ignored the asking price for what she wanted, ignored her requests and he even talked down to her.The whole experience was disgusting to watch. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone I know or love.
