J.J. Delaney builds on Cape Cod: new houses in Hyannis Port and Cotuit, a kitchen remodel in Osterville, and the project it calls Seaside Serenity. Jack Delaney leads the company with Gilman Martiny as project manager, and Houzz puts 40 years of construction behind Jack Delaney himself rather than behind a company founding date. If you want one company through the build and after it, that breadth is there; ask which side of the business runs your job and who is on site each day. Houzz lists licence number CS-009961. For a Cape custom build or a gut remodel, ask to walk a recent Hyannis Port or Osterville job, check that licence number against the state register, and put the schedule and the allowances in writing before demo starts.
