A 2023 customer said Tolman Home Solutions built their screened-in deck, that the crew was skilled, professional and respectful of the property, and that the yard was thoroughly cleaned up when the job was complete. A 2023 reviewer wrote that their elderly parents needed two new windows, a new roof and siding, and that Gary came back after hours to install new blinds on the new windows and fix the railing without any charge. A 2023 customer with an 1800s home said that when the roof started leaking, they were able to quickly get it done. A 2024 customer said that when they had an issue, the company responded immediately and had it corrected the next day. A recent Angi customer describes inaccurate estimates, poor and delayed communication and employees who came and went during the project. A 2025 customer who hired the company for an addition and major renovation said staff members quit during the project and accused the company of not paying subcontractors.

Avoid at all costs. Inaccurate estimates and trying to grift more money on multiple occasions, poor and delayed communication, less than ideal workmanship, zero accountability and consistent blame put on anyone and everyone around him, including his many employees that came and went during the course of my project because they couldn't work with him. Look elsewhere.
Hired for an addition and major renovation to existing house. Staff members quit during project, was told they weren?t getting paid. Absolutely awful. Do not hire. Stole money. Liar. Thief. Woah is me every time you talk with him. However uses picture of my project on his social media page, claiming a great job was done. However his company didn?t do work. Doesn?t pay subcontractors. Who then refuse to do work, unless paid by homeowner. At least 1 still hasn?t been paid from my project. Zero stars. Stay away.
We had an issue and when we contacted them they responded immediately. Came and had it corrected the next day. Very great to deal with. Anthony was great.
From the beginning when Matt came to my elderly parents house to give an estimate to the end Tolman Solutions and their awesome staff have done nothing but impress me! With the leadership of Gary, the guys all worked together like a team that had been together for years. My elderly parents needed 2 new massive windows, a new roof from where the windows leaked onto it and siding. The communication between them and I was always great, I always knew the timeline of the project. The guys were very respectful of my parents yard and house and greeted them with a smile every day, Gary went above and beyond to come back after hours to install new blinds on the new windows, fix the railing without any charge, and when a small piece of siding came loose of course Gary came to the rescue to fix it! This was our first experience with a company doing a big project on the house, it can be a little scary having strangers work in and outside your house but I’m so glad we picked Tolman as they made the experience great and we would recommend them to anyone!
We are delighted with our screened in deck that was built by Tolman Home Solutions! The crew that worked at our home was skilled, professional, and respectful of our property. The deck looks great and is well built. When the job was complete, the yard was thoroughly cleaned up. We would recommend them for your building projects!
