Its BBB page carries an A+ grade, and it holds 4.9 stars across 77 Google ratings. A recent customer woke at 3 am to water coming through a second-floor bathroom from the bathtub above over Labor Day weekend, and texted Louis, whom the review calls the owner. He texted back "I'll be there within a hour," came with parts for that brand of faucets and shower, and fixed the problem on a Saturday afternoon. A recent customer with a broken pipe and water leaking said they were there within the hour and the problem was solved in under an hour. The everyday jobs are plain plumbing. Mike hooked up a washing machine hose and replaced a bathtub's waste and overflow plate for a recent customer.
