Going back further, a January 2025 review says Tony and Steve came promptly and fixed a clog on a Sunday, and a February 2025 customer had an appointment within 24 hours at what they called a very competitive price. An April 2025 review credits the plumber with knowing an old Symons Temptrol shower valve and having the parts on hand. In September 2025, Shawn worked at finding moisture and the source of a sudden onslaught of gnats in a basement. Cost is where the accounts split. A half-star review in July 2026 reads, in full: "I paid for 30 minutes visits $350." Angi describes that as a $350 minimum charge for a half-hour visit and shows a detailed reply posted by the owner. A four-star April 2025 review says the service was good but "did not love the cost." Three other customers — writing in February 2025, February 2026 and May 2026 — called the pricing competitive or reasonable. The other low mark is a one-star April 2025 review about a pipe repair at the writer's mother's house. The writer says they were not there and do not entirely trust the account they were given, and that the pipe was replaced; Angi describes that same review as alleging a furnace stopped working after a technician cleaned two circuit boards during a $545 pipe repair, again with a reply from the owner posted. For a clog, a leaking faucet, a shut-off swap or a heating repair you want handled this week, this is a fair call — customers describe quick scheduling and a plumber who talks through the fix. Ask what the minimum charge covers on a short visit and agree the price before anyone is dispatched; that is what the half-star review turned on.
