Tony Indino says on his website that he has over 40 years of experience in large and small projects, including complete homebuilding, renovations, custom interior woodworking and historic restorations, and that his portfolio also includes custom furniture in Shaker, Mission and contemporary. The site lists a service area that runs from Suffield, West Hartford and Granby out to Litchfield, Kent, Salisbury, Groton and Fairfield, and it offers free estimates. A 2025 customer said his attention to detail transformed their upper floors and master bathroom, including custom built-in vanities and a tiled walk-in shower, and that every job was completed on time and within budget. That 2025 customer also named basement drywall and high-end custom carpentry among the projects at their home. In a 2025 review, David Lally wrote that Tony Indino did stonework along with the install of a chimney and fireplace, a large stone deck and an entry stairway at his current home. In that 2025 review he wrote that Tony is trained as a stone mason, that he carried out master bath, study and basement renovations, and that he hand crafted furniture including a coffee table and a mid-century master headboard. The same 2025 review said Tony and his staff cleaned up every day. His Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0567824, is active on the state registry under the name Tony Indino.
Highly Recommend/Exceptional Craftsmanship: I cannot speak highly enough of Tony Indino. Over the years, he has consistently delivered exceptional results on multiple major projects at our home. From structural work like basement drywall to high-end custom carpentry, Tony’s design acumen is unmatched. His attention to detail transformed our upper floors and master bathroom (including custom built-in vanities and a beautiful tiled walk in shower). Every job was completed on time and within budget. For custom carpentry, Tony is in a league of his own.
I'm leaving a long overdue review of Tony Indino and his incredible craftsmanship, artistry and project management skills as evidenced by numerous projects he has completed for us over the years. In our current home, Tony has done masterful stonework in conjunction with install of a massive chimney and fireplace (see attached photo), a large stone deck and entry stairway. He is trained as a stone mason and this, with his inherent aesthetic sensibility, have resulted in breathtaking results over the years. His attention to detail, craftmanship, carpentry skills, and design expertise are also evident in the master bath, study, and basement renovations he executed for us. He is simply the best carpenter and all around project manager I have experienced and for this reason I call on him annually to improve and enhance our house. In addition, he has hand crafted a number of beautiful pieces of furniture, including our coffee table and mid-century master headboard, with an attention to detail and quality that make them priceless family heirlooms. Every project has been completed on time, on budget; and he and his staff clean up every day leaving his transformations quick and painless. If you have any design, carpentry, stone, or other building project, Tony Indino is simply the best you will find. His talent and skills are beyond comparison. —David Lally
