Frank was quick to respond to my call and request for an estimate for cutting down a couple of large dying trees on the road next to power lines. He gave me a fair estimate and performed the job just as he described in his proposal. His cleanup was thorough. I’m very pleased with the outcome of the work his crew performed. I highly recommend him.
A beech tree disease is poised to kill every beech in New England. Six very large beech trees on my lawn on 44 Beech Ridge Road, of all places, are close to dead. I hired Frank Dee and his crew from Top Notch Property Services. They are friendly, professional and don't mind felling huge trees, even close to your house, some 12' in circumference in very cold, January weather. This morning six huge tree trunks are on their way to becoming lumber and, except for fire wood I requested and they cut to my specs, the lawn is in remarkable condition. This crew is well equipped, very hard working and treats your property like their own. ps I've had tree work done by other crews. Top Notch gave me a very reasonable price and were ready to go the day we signed our contract. I'd recommend that you get tree work done while your lawn is frozen. The machinery to move huge trees is pretty heavy.
Frank and his crew did a “phenomenal” job taking down some difficult trees close to our house. He provided excellent communication before, during, and after the job was completed. His quote for the job was very fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!!!!
Frank and his crew were fantastic with the tree service at our house! The crew was incredibly meticulous—every cut was precise, they cleaned up every last leaf and branch like they were never there, and they worked hard from start to finish without cutting corners. Professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Highly recommend—these guys are true pros!
Frank went above and beyond! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and he delivered everything on time and at a great price. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and dedicated—highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for excellent service!
