Top Pro remodeled our Boston condo 16 years ago. In the process of the sale, there was an unaddressed permit issue. Caio took ownership of the situation and addressed it with the city inspector on the same day. Great job Top Pro!

A complete remodeling of our bathroom we are so very happy we Picked Antonio and his crew to do the job it was worth the inconvenience, having one bathroom in the house with 4 people 3 of them girls was not easy but Antonio made it worth it. Caio and his team are top notch, and I unequivocally recommend them. Top Pro helped us add walls to create a new room in our condo in downtown Boston. The project was highly time constrained because our baby was due in less than one month. When I contacted Caio, he arrived at our home the same day and issued a (fair) quote later that evening. Within 48 hours, he obtained the needed permits from the city and his team immediately started work. Within a few days, they completed the entire project, well ahead of plan and on budget. Throughout the project, he sent daily update photos, so it was easy to follow the progress. His team was flexible when we needed them to halt work so that we could accommodate guest visits, and they were highly respectful to our home throughout the process and used extensive plastic shielding to prevent dust from going throughout our house. Before leaving on the final day, they even touched up ceiling paint in our kitchen that wasn't part of the project, as they anticipated we would eventually want that fixed and had paint leftover from the project. Don't think twice and book him now; his work deserves more than 5 stars!

We had an outstanding experience working with Top-Pro Construction, Inc. on our full bathroom renovation. From the very beginning, Antonio was fantastic to work with—professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient. On day one, he showed up with a team of seven workers, which immediately set the tone for how quickly and seriously he approached the project. Since we only have one bathroom in our apartment, minimizing downtime was critical, and Antonio truly delivered. He made sure the project moved along efficiently so we were never without a usable bathroom for any extended period of time. The transformation is unbelievable—the work his team did completely changed the space. Every time we walk into our bathroom now, it genuinely brings us joy. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the speed and quality of the work. Other companies we spoke with quoted timelines that were nearly double what Antonio and his team completed. We couldn’t be happier with the result and will absolutely be reaching out to Antonio and Top-Pro Construction again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Caio Ferrarz and his crew are the BEST contractors I've come across. That says it all. He keeps his word. Work is meticulous. Work is fast. They are very considerate of homeowner's' wishes and space. Even with small jobs, which other groups wouldn't think worthwhile. Yes, they are a bit pricey but it's absolutely worth paying for."
