Top Quality Restoration resolved a leak between our balcony and the picture window below it that the original contractor wasn't able to correct. Their work was such high quality that we expanded the project to include upgrading the balcony, wall repair and room painting after removing built-in wall unit air conditioners. They treated our property with respect and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We highly recommend Top Quality Restoration.
An amazing job Erik and his worker did on my new gutters and downspouts on my home. My gutter and new placement of the Downspouts are perfect. Exactly what I needed. Any other house Remodeling I need they will be the one and only company I call And the office manager Christina is the best ! She kept the communication open when my husband fell ill and needed to be hospitalized for 2 weeks and when I told her I was ready to reschedule the date it was squeezed in 4 days later because she knew how important that these repairs where to myself but especially my house’s foundation- no more added damage and I can now get the foundation fixed and I bet you know who I’m calling right ?
