Its Google page carries 4.9 stars across 35 ratings, and the company's own site says Teixeira founded it to handle interior, exterior, commercial and cabinet painting, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, vinyl and LVP flooring, and finish carpentry. Speed is the recurring note. A duplex owner writing in May 2025 said Tiago came out to quote the same day they reached out, walked through the options and priced it reasonably. A condo repaint in March 2026 got singled out for the patching that came first — walls in rough shape made to look new. Tile work in a 2025 review, kitchen cabinets in 2024, a floor in a hot tub room, a railing repair and a new concrete pad photographed in an April 2026 review: the work spreads wide across the finish end of remodeling. Two things temper that. In April 2026 a customer left one star with a specific account — a quote that came back without what they had asked for, repeated promises to come back, and then no reply to messages. It is the only negative on file, and it is recent. Separately, the Angi profile's 5.0 rests on seven reviews all dated August 2024, and two of them, posted under different names, are the same text almost word for word. That page reads as one burst, not seven independent customers. The history is short as well: written accounts begin in 2024, while the Angi profile self-reports 11 years of experience. None of this says the work is poor — the Google reviews are numerous and specific about tile, cabinets and paint prep. But a near-perfect average built over two years, on pages that include a duplicated review, is worth less than the same number built over ten. A reasonable call for painting, cabinets, tile and kitchen work around Beverly and the North Shore. Before booking, get the scope and the quote in writing — the one complaint on file is about precisely that step — and ask to see addresses of recent jobs.
