Total Property Maintenance

Excellent job by these guys who installed a shed pad. So personable, professional, efficient and great communication along the way. Looks super !

They did an incredible job on our shed gravel pad! Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a garage from Hill View Mini Barns and opted to have them handle the site preparation/groundwork for me. They contracted Total Property Maintenance (Brownfield, ME) to perform the work—and I could not be more impressed with the entire experience. Within just a few days of my purchase, I received a friendly call from Total Property Maintenance to schedule a date and time. They were organized, accommodating, and even confirmed the exact arrival time. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text letting me know they were actually running ahead of schedule and on their way. Two young men arrived promptly, introduced themselves politely and professionally, and immediately got to work. They asked thoughtful questions about the placement of the garage and paid close attention to the details I shared. From there, it was like watching a well-oiled machine in action—efficient, skilled, and completely in sync with each other. The quality of their work was absolutely superb. They were detail-oriented, fast, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. It is rare these days to see such outstanding work ethic and professionalism combined with excellent customer service, but these two young men exemplified it. I can’t offer enough praise to highlight how impressed we are—not only with their workmanship but also with how they represented their company. If you are considering Total Property Maintenance, do not hesitate. Highly, highly recommend this team—you will not regret it!

What a pleasure working with this company and kudo’s to the 2 young men, I’m assuming are Jesse’s son’s for an outstanding job leveling out our back yard. - I would highly recommend

They were very fast and professional. We got a pad put down for a shed and they came out as fast as they could even tho it was icy. Very nice company. I 100% recommend! Polite clean and put together.
