In an August 2025 review, a customer said Bob responded promptly, arrived punctually and worked quickly on their nursery wallpaper. An April 2025 customer described his installation on a difficult slanted section of ceiling, praising his help with scheduling and the value of the work. A customer writing in March 2023 described wallpaper installation in both a powder room and nursery; a November 2022 customer praised the bedroom wallpaper they hired Bob to install. An architect writing in November 2024 described working with Bob during the restoration of an old house. The architect praised his concentration, speed and meticulous work, said he kept the rooms neat and cleaned them afterward, and described clear communication about scheduling and job needs. Having interviewed several candidates, that customer called his pricing competitive and fair. In December 2020, another customer described complicated Damask wallpaper with seams and patterns aligned, the tools Bob brought, and the absence of a mess when he finished. A June 2022 customer had Bob back to wallpaper two bathrooms, but had ordered too little paper for the powder room and found that older and newer paper did not match. After the customer ordered more, they said Bob returned three days later to finish and replaced a section of mismatched paper without accepting extra payment.
