Town Sanitation Inc.

Town Sanitation's whole reputation rests on one recurring scene: a truck pulls up in Seekonk, someone pumps the septic tank, cleans the filter, and actually explains what they found. The company says on its website it's been doing this 30 years; BBB's file, opened in 1999, traces the business itself back to 1986. It lists Seekonk, Rehoboth, Swansea, Dighton, Attleboro, Taunton and East Providence as its territory, and a 2023 review describes it as a third-generation family operation. The volume backs it up: 41 Google reviews from 2022 through this month, every one five stars. Specifics keep surfacing rather than just adjectives — a 1,500-gallon tank pumped for $340 in an April 2026 review, a same-day septic and pipe snake after a weekend backup described in an October 2022 review, a cover dug up and reset for a homeowner who couldn't find it (a late-2025 review). Riley and Colby are named repeatedly for taking time to explain the system rather than just running the truck and leaving. A number of reviewers aren't first-time customers — people describe using the company for six, ten, even twenty years. There's little to caution about. BBB rates the company A+ (unaccredited) with no complaints, reviews, or government actions on file, and nothing in the review record here raises a real problem either — the closest thing to friction is a customer who called about a plumbing issue and was told, honestly, that the tank didn't need pumping after all. The company also holds Women's Business Enterprise and Office of Supplier Diversity certifications. For routine septic pumping, filter cleaning, and system checkups around Seekonk, Town Sanitation is a well-worn, safe call — just confirm they still cover your specific town, since the self-reported service list runs to only seven towns.
