Trident Plumbing and Heating holds a 5-star Google rating from 18 ratings. A recent customer needed the entire drain setup in a main bathroom replaced — tub, toilet, sink and the cast iron drain stack — plus a wobbly toilet remounted, and said Tyler analyzed the problem quickly and gave a very reasonable quote. A recent customer had Tyler connect a well water pump and redo the piping for the whole well system, and said he made sure the system was working before leaving. A recent customer had Tyler move a washing machine hook-up to the basement from the first floor and reroute some baseboard heating. A recent customer said Tyler redid the old plumbing behind a mother's inoperable bath tub faucets, replaced a sump pump, and helped with an HVAC issue. When a shower drain pipe failed in the wall and soaked a tenant's bathroom ceiling, and the first plumber did not show up, a customer said Trident came at 9:30am and got the job done within a few hours. A recent customer said he came out the same day for a free quote and came back a week later to do the job, leaving the work area clean. A homeowner hiring for a renovation and addition said they brought Trident in to install the plumbing after using the company many times over several years.
